Return Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days from the purchase date. Refunds will be issued using the same form of payment used. as used at time of purchase. Any returned merchandise must be in new condition, unless damaged in transit. Customers may initiate returns by emailing support@aapcpublishing.net or calling 913-897-1004. If the item was damaged on arrival, AAPC will pay for the return shipment and replace the product. For all other reasons, the customer will need to arrange and pay for their own return shipment.
