Stephen Shore, Ed.D.
Stephen Shore, Ed.D., is an assistant professor at Adelphi University where he teaches courses in special education and autism. In addition to being a prolific writer, Stephen presents and consults internationally on adult issues pertinent to education, relationships, employment, advocacy, and disclosure. His accomplishments are remarkable considering that as a young child, he was diagnosed with "atypical development with strong autistic tendencies" and recommended for institutionalization.
